Most domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days. You can expect your order to be shipped 5-10 business days after placing an order. Please allow for unexpected delays as we are a very small team!
It varies! We ship our products from Iowa and the cost is dependent on the size, weight and destination of the package.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Brighten Living is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. After the package has left our location, tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Yes, we do! Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate a pick-up time. We will then provide you with a coupon code, or will reimburse your shipping.
Brighten Living will accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. Please read our shipping and returns policy for more information.
As a small shop, items can sell out quickly! With that being said, we are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time.
